What our clients say, scattered across real projects

"We came in expecting a simple event recap. What we received was a three-minute brand film that our sales team now uses in every pitch meeting."— Priya Naidoo, marketing director, Coastal Health Group
"The turnaround was ten business days for a six-location shoot. Genuinely did not think that timeline was possible without cutting corners — but the final grade was flawless."— Declan Hartley, founder, Hartley & Co Architects

Video capability map

Every engagement draws from this matrix. We scope only the cells you need — nothing more.

Brand films

Narrative-driven pieces between ninety seconds and four minutes that distil your company story into an emotionally resonant format suitable for homepage placement, investor decks, and conference screens.

Event coverage

Multi-camera capture of conferences, launches, and galas with same-week highlight reels and full-length archival edits. We bring our own lighting rigs to handle unpredictable venue conditions.

Social-first shorts

Vertical and square edits under sixty seconds, designed for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn feeds. Includes caption baking, hook-frame testing, and platform-specific export profiles.

Aerial and drone

Licensed CASA-certified drone operators for sweeping property reveals, construction progress documentation, and landscape-scale storytelling. 4K ProRes deliverables standard.

Motion graphics

Animated explainers, kinetic typography, lower thirds, and data visualisation sequences. We work in After Effects and Cinema 4D depending on complexity.

Post-production rescue

Inherited shaky footage or inconsistent colour? We stabilise, re-grade, mix audio, and re-edit existing assets into polished deliverables without a reshoot.

Our method: why the diagnostic matters

Most production houses start with a quote. We start with a conversation structured around the checklist you saw at the top of this page. Each unchecked box becomes a brief line item — a gap we can either fill directly or advise you on filling internally.

This approach keeps budgets honest. If your audio is already excellent and your brand guidelines are locked in, we do not charge you for services you do not need. Conversely, if the diagnostic reveals foundational issues — inconsistent colour, no content calendar, missing accessibility captions — we flag those before a single frame is shot.

The result is a scope document that reads like a prescription, not a menu. You see exactly which gaps we are closing, the deliverables that address each one, and the timeline attached to every milestone. No ambiguity, no scope creep, no surprise invoices.

From diagnostic to delivery

  1. Diagnostic call — We walk through the checklist together, identify gaps, and agree on priorities. This call is complimentary and typically lasts thirty minutes.
  2. Scope document — Within two business days you receive a written scope linking each gap to a deliverable, a timeline, and a line-item cost.
  3. Pre-production — Shot lists, location scouts, talent coordination, and equipment planning happen here. You approve a creative brief before we proceed.
  4. Production — Shoot days are structured around efficiency. We arrive with backup gear, pre-set lighting plans, and a running schedule visible to your team.
  5. Post and review — You receive a rough cut within five business days. Two rounds of revision are included. Final graded masters are delivered in your specified formats.
"The scope document alone was worth the initial call. It gave our board a clear picture of costs before we committed a dollar."— Rohan Kessler, CFO, Apex Civil Engineering
"I appreciated that they talked us out of drone footage for our project — it genuinely was not needed, and they saved us the expense. That kind of honesty earns trust."— Lina Marchetti, events manager, Swan Valley Vintners
